Clothes

	Bathing suit - modest, , Sun Screen.
	Clothes modest (very few needed)
	Women - one skirt or jumper no tank tops off of the compound
	Men nice shirt -no ties are needed,
	Work clothes
	Pajamas, or sweats - for sleeping some nights can be 60 degrees
	Shoes for water (something for swimming in the creeks and rivers) perhaps old tennis shoes
	Shoes for work and other activities
	Shorts- 80 degrees day -  long pants nights(1 pair)
	Sun hat
	Sun glasses

Toiletries

Sunscreen - You will need it!

Cosmetics (small amounts)

Earplugs (soft wax for sleeping)

Handiwipes with alcohol  or Purell

Medicine (different people in group not necessary that everyone bring all the items)

Aspirin or tylenol

Pepto/ kaopectate/ imodium

Dramamine

Powder - great for body in the heat

Bug repellent

Aniti-itch cream (caladryl works best)

Band-Aids

Triple antibiotic creme

Mirror - small

Soap

Bath towel, washcloth ( these may be donated to the mission if you like)

Misc.

Passport & one other I.D. with your picture

Beach towel

Fanny pack (very handy for everyone - safer than purse)

Flashlight  - any size

Flexibility

Pen/pencil

Sense of humor (good for everyone else too)

U.S. currency (small bills & carry in more than one place)

Work gloves

Bible and notebook
